Vendor Opportunities
Roll Haus is currently accepting vendors for our Founding Season events in Conway.
We're looking for retro/vintage, local artists, handmade jewelry, desserts/snacks, boutiques, wellness, fitness, local creators, and community businesses who want to be part of the movement. Local brands that align with the Roll Haus atmosphere and community vision.

- Conway Expo Center
- 3:30pm - 10:00pm
- Setup Starts at 12pm
- Vendor Fee: $50- $200 (size dependent)
- Food Vendor Fee: $125 up to 10x10 space
- (more space = more $)
- Limited Spaces Available
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Vendors provide own table/chairs
(available for rent $7/table & $3/chair) - Limited electricity available upon request.
- Food vendors must comply with all local requirements and permits
- No refunds unless the event is canceled by Roll Haus
(fee can be rolled forward) - Vendor approval required prior to payment
- Family-friendly products and services only.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, operation, and cleanup.
