Vendor Opportunities

Roll Haus is currently accepting vendors for our Founding Season events in Conway.

We're looking for retro/vintage, local artists, handmade jewelry, desserts/snacks, boutiques, wellness, fitness, local creators, and community businesses who want to be part of the movement. Local brands that align with the Roll Haus atmosphere and community vision.

3:30pm - 10:00pm
Setup Starts at 12pm
Vendor Fee: $50- $200 (size dependent)
Food Vendor Fee: $125 up to 10x10 space
(more space = more $)
Limited Spaces Available

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

Vendors provide own table/chairs
(available for rent $7/table & $3/chair)
Limited electricity available upon request.
Food vendors must comply with all local requirements and permits
No refunds unless the event is canceled by Roll Haus
(fee can be rolled forward)
Vendor approval required prior to payment
Family-friendly products and services only.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, operation, and cleanup.
